Growing Displeasure is a series of thirteen works that was created in 2001 to be included in the 3rd Baker’s Dozen International Collage Exchange
I had come across the Baker’s Dozen through a collage specific email list, and the basic premise was that each artist in the exchange submits 13 original works, one of which is exhibited. The 12 remaining works from each artist were shuffled up and sent back to each of the contributors, meaning that you sent 13 of your own works and received 12 works by various other collage artists back in return.
