Although this work is still pretty rough and not all that refined in its technique, I do think that the overall composition has come together quite well.
I firmly believe that a good collage is far more than the sum of its parts. However, a work such as this was a good early lesson that some good individual parts can greatly improve the overall success of an artwork.
